Collision Crafters is an auto body shop on Riverview Drive in Bullhead City, opening in Fall 2026. Collision work is the center of what we do: dent removal, panel replacement, and structural restoration on cars, trucks, and SUVs.

What a proper assessment involves

Damage visible from the outside is rarely the whole picture. A bumper cover can look survivable while the absorber and the reinforcement behind it are both compressed. We take the vehicle apart far enough to see everything, then write a repair plan that reflects the actual damage rather than the photographs.

That plan lists parts, labor, and finish work in detail, so nothing appears later as a surprise.

Repair or replace

Some panels come back with time and skill. Others are designated by the manufacturer for replacement, particularly where high strength steel is involved, because reheating and reshaping those parts destroys the crash behavior engineered into them.

We make that call using the manufacturer's published procedure for your specific vehicle, not by whichever option happens to be quicker.

Working with your carrier

Most collision work runs through insurance. We prepare the estimate, send it for approval, and file supplements when disassembly reveals damage that was not visible at intake.

Arizona drivers choose their own repair facility. An insurer can suggest a preferred shop and cannot require one. As an independent shop, we answer to the vehicle owner.

Conditions out here

Desert sun and monsoon debris are hard on finishes, so a panel repaired on a vehicle that lives outside in Mohave County needs paint that will hold up rather than merely match on the day of pickup.
