Decide where it goes before it moves

At the scene of a crash, the first tow truck to arrive frequently takes the vehicle to a storage yard rather than to a repair shop. Those yards bill by the day, and getting a vehicle released later can take longer than the repair itself.

You are allowed to say where your vehicle goes. Naming a destination at the scene costs nothing and avoids that entire situation.

Distances out here

Mohave County is spread out. A breakdown between Bullhead City and Kingman, or out toward Lake Havasu, is a long way from anywhere, and summer temperatures make waiting beside a highway genuinely dangerous. Tell us where you are and stay somewhere shaded and off the roadway.

We also handle longer hauls, including vehicles coming from Laughlin and the Nevada side of the river, and visitors whose trip ended earlier than planned.

Non-collision moves

Not every tow follows an accident. Project vehicles being relocated, cars that have sat long enough for the brakes to seize, and anything that will not roll all need a flatbed and an operator who will take the time to load it without adding damage.

Cost and coverage

Towing is included in many policies, and where it follows a covered collision it usually becomes part of the claim. We will tell you what applies before anything is dispatched.
